It is required that you view these terms and conditions prior to purchasing any services.

Disclaimers

•    Professional & High-quality photos, HEX codes, & a clear vision for your branding are required. If you are unable to provide this your order will be canceled or the client inquiry will not be approved.

•    Freestyling is no longer an option. Please refrain from using the words "pop", "fun", etc. With a clear and precise description, we can execute your vision correctly.

•    Please have photography, content, copy, and vision ready before purchasing and provided within 7 business days after the form has been sent.

Payments + Pricing
•    Client agrees to pay TC Branding Studio 100% of the total project cost before any services are provided unless stated otherwise by TC Branding Studio.

•    If the client pays a non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance is due immediately after design approval. If the client does not pay the remaining balance immediately after design approval, TC Branding Studio will send one reminder email and if the balance is still not paid, the project will be canceled, the client will be blocked and banned from our website, and final files will not be sent. 
•    All payments are submitted through www.tcbrandingstudio.com or invoice using secured payment processors ONLY!

•    All Custom Quotes are valid for 21 days, after 21 days your quote expires with no exceptions.


Project Process (Single Design Services)
•    After purchasing a service, you will receive an email from INFO@TCBRANDINGSTUDIO.COM with a questionnaire within 1 business day after purchasing. Turnaround time starts when all information/photos are submitted.
•    The questionnaire will ask you every question and request every image I need to complete your project. You will receive a confirmation email from me once I receive your questionnaire and will be added to my queue.

•    Drafts or Website previews will be sent to you in the allotted turnaround time. The client will provide revisions & TCBS will complete revisions accordingly.

•    Final files will be sent when the client approves the design.

Project Process (Website Design & Packages)
•    After submitting an inquiry, you will receive an approval or denial email from INFO@TCBRANDINGSTUDIO.COM. The approval email will include an invoice and design contract. Turnaround time starts when all information/photos are submitted.

•    Once the design process starts, the client will receive updates via email. Drafts or previews will be sent in the allotted turnaround time.
•    The revision process will start when project drafts are sent for approval. 

•    This is the last step. After the final payment is made (if a non-refundable deposit is made), TCBS will send prints (if prints were included/purchased), the website will be transferred, & final files will be delivered.

Project Turnaround Time Frame
•    Turnaround time starts after all information and photos are submitted. No exceptions.

•    Turnaround time does not include revision time.

•    All Single Design Services are to be delivered no later than 7-10 business days (À la Carte Services) after the questionnaire is completed in full unless determined by TC Branding Studio.
•    If Rush Fees are available and will make you an automatic priority in my design queue. Rush Orders are to be delivered no later than 1-3 business days (Single Design Services).

•    Branding Packages' turnaround time varies.
•    ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS.

Shipping Policy

•    Standard shipping time for all TC Branding Studio Prints is 7-14 business days.

•    Prints will be processed 1 business day after client approval of design/final payment.

•    Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout! Address changes cannot be made after prints are shipped out!


Refunds + Cancellations
•    TC Branding Studio does not provide any refunds for any services.
•    All Payments are Non-Refundable!
•    Order will be canceled immediately if the client posts drafts to social media or send drafts to anyone. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.


Revisions + Drafts
•    All drafts are based on a questionnaire completed by the client and will be sent through email.
•    TC Branding Studio has a three-free revision limit per project 
(Revisions are minor changes such as fonts, colors , and/or placement).

•    All revisions have a 2-5 day business day hold. Websites 5-7 business day hold.
•    If the client is not satisfied after the three revisions, TC Branding Studio will charge $10 per additional revision or request a redesign (fee will be required for redesigns, amount depends on the type of project).

•    Any drafts are TC Branding Studio property and must not be used or posted in any way. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

 
Final Files Format
•    All files are transferred via a google drive link or a .zip file sent through email.
•    All logo files are sent through .svg, .pdf, .png, and .jpg format. .AI or .eps files are sent out when requested.

•    All Branding Essentials are sent through .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format.
•    Please remember all final files must be downloaded/exported from dropbox for great quality. REFRAIN FROM SCREENSHOTTING/SCREEN RECORDING ANY PROJECTS!
•    Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design.
•    If there is an error on TC Branding Studio’s end (spelling, missing info, etc.), TC Branding Studio will fix it free of charge. However, design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $10+ revision fee


Transfer of Rights + Property
•    Once final work is sent, the client has free reign as to what to do with their product. They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third party.

•    TC Branding Studio has the right to post and display any project completed on social media, marketing materials, or other platforms.

Hours of Operation

•   TC Branding Studio hours are Monday - Thursday 10am - 5pm. All emails will be responded to during these hours only.

•   Fridays are CEO/Retainer days and are not included in turnaround time.

•   TC Branding Studio is closed on all holidays & observed.

Digital Shop

•  Please be sure to review the description box and premade preview prior to purchasing. CreateHER Digital Hub will not provide any revisions or refunds to premade digital downloads unless a mistake was made on CreateHER Digital Hub's end.

Phone/Zoom Consultations​

   TCBS availability will be available on a weekly basis.

   Same-day consultations are not available.

   Once a phone or zoom consultation is purchased, if TCBS determines that the potential client is a good fit their consultation fee will act as a non-refundable deposit towards the service desired. However, the non-refundable deposit does expire & cannot be used if you have not purchased your branding after 21 business days of phone consultation (M-F).

   If TCBS determines that the prospect is not a good fit for this branding studio, they will be sure to let the client know what they need in order to become prepared! However, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

Client Communication/Ghosting Agreement
•    All communication between TC Branding Studio and Client must be done via Email, Recorded Phone Call (if Consultation is purchased), or Text Message. 
•    All Emails/Messages are responded to within a 48-72 hour time frame during business hours. However, response times may be extended during peak times.
•    All questionnaires must be completed within 7 business days after being sent. If not, Order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

•    Client has up to 7 business days to provide proper feedback (revisions) after each draft is sent. If the client fails to respond in time, the order will be closed and the client will send the final files as-is. If the client would like to resume with revisions, there will be a $30-$100 (depending on TCBS and the amount of time the client disappeared without proper communication) inconvenience fee requested via invoice, and the turnaround time will restart.

•    If work is purchased and the client “disappears” after 21 days of no show, no call, and no response; you will receive two reminder emails. If TC Branding Studio still receives no response, your project(s) will be deemed as forfeited and no refund will be provided. If the Client would like to continue after the project has been forfeited, a restart fee of $30-$100 will be charged (depending on TCBS and the amount of time the client disappeared without proper communication) and the project turnaround time restarts completely.  

•    Professionalism and respect are essential on both sides of the business. TC Branding Studio strives to treat every client with respect and great professionalism. If at any time client becomes disrespectful and intolerable, TC Branding Studio has every right to cancel any open project, refund any payments, and refuse the right to use any work sent prior.
