  • How Do I Join?
    After reviewing all FAQs below, you can press the "Apply Now" button to the program you would like to apply to and you will be redirected to the TCBS Retainer application. Once the application is filled out, TCBS will review application and determine if we are a good fit for each other. Once approved, you will receive the contract to sign and payment process. When signed contract + payment is received, you will send project details and I will return projects in allotted time frame.
  • What Is The Process?
    The process goes as followed: Potential member will review FAQs & apply to desired membership. TCBS will review application and send an approval or denial email. If approved, potential member will receive contract and instructions on how to make payments via website. Once payment is made and contract is signed, you are now a TCBS retainer member!!!! Member will have access to a custom chat & can send project details and TCBS will send projects over in allotted timeframe. We will continue a working relationship with open communication throughout the two or three months and member will have access to client portal for all updates.
  • What Are The Benefits?
    Each Retainer Membership includes the following perks: Priority Service (1-3 day turnaround) 15% OFF Additional Services Chat & Client Portal Access Custom Content Idea List Discounted Print Services
  • What Would Get Me Denied?
    If you do not have an established brand identity (font styles, brand hex codes, clear vision and brand aesthetic), high quality photos, and unable to commit to the membership for 2 months, you will be denied. However, you can always reapply once you are well-prepared for the program.
  • What Services Are Included?
    Each Retainer Membership includes: All of our Single Design Services Services: Double Feed Flyers, Content Packs (up to 4 posts for one project use), Website Banners (up to 2 banners for one project use), Custom Story Posts, Branding Templates, Product Mockup, Product Label Design, Email Campaigns, Business Card Design, Mailer Cards Design, IG Highlights, Certificate Design, and Retractable Banner Design. Services that are not included are the following: Logo/Brand Identity Development, Full Website Design, Full Website Revamp, and Packages. However, they are available at a discounted rate.
  • What Are The Turnaround Times?
    Each Retainer Member will receive drafts within 1-3 days after request is sent.
  • Do I Have To Submit All Information At Once?
    No, you do not have to submit them all at once. You can submit your project request at any time during the month, taking heed of turnaround time which is 1-3 days. Graphics/services do not roll over onto the next month and unfortunately, no refund will be issued for what you do not use. Take advantage of all graphics purchased during the month.
  • When Is Payment Due?
    Payment is due every month on the date purchased with automatic payments. For example, if you purchase on 8/8/23, you will be billed automatically every month on the 8th during commitment.
  • Is There A Commitment Required?
    Yes, there are 2-month commitments required for all retainer memberships.
