Phone Consultation

Service Description

Phone Consultations are best for clients who would like to discuss their business branding direction, are not sure which service is best for them, or would like to ask any questions in general.  Once a phone consultation is purchased, if TCBS determines that the potential client is a good fit their consultation fee will act as a non-refundable deposit towards the service desired. However, the non-refundable deposit does expire & cannot be used if you have not purchased your branding after 21 business days of phone consultation (M-F). If TCBS determines that the prospect is not a good fit for this branding studio, they will be sure to let the client know what they need in order to become prepared! However, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
